Throughout the course Vanessa held the group together, allowing all the young people to develop their individual skills, as well as learning how to work in a team, and work in different environments.

Vanessa is always very cheerful, supportive, and compassionate, whilst having the abilities to challenge any negative behaviour and keep the group focused.

…In addition to completing the Arts Award, the young people had also been encouraged to reflect on their own anger management issues, and to consider their goals and values. This made the whole process doubly worthwhile.
